Competition! Our brand new character is thought to be a distant relative of the tremendously popular Internet Jim. As of yet however, we don't have a name or a bio for him. That's where YOU, our loyal readership comes in!

Can you suggest a suitable name for our new character? Preferably something that sums up his personality (or lack thereof) in a couple of words, if you like you could also supply a brief synopsis of his crimes, but it's not essential, its the name we're looking for.
